- Lengthening my storage plan
After you submit the below form we’ll send you an invoice for the price difference between your initial plan and your new one. You can pay online with credit card (Visa or MasterCard). We will also email you to confirm the update has been made. Be sure to contact us if you don’t receive confirmation.
- Shortening my storage plan
Your belongings will leave our storage facility 4 days before your chosen pick-up date so we need at least 5 days notice. If it’s already less than 5 days until you want them back, call us on (+81) 080-2445-0138 immediately. We are unable to offer partial refunds for shortened plans.
- Changing your pick-up location
Your belongings will leave our storage facility 4 days before your chosen pick-up date so we need at least 5 days notice. If it’s already less than 5 days until you want them back, call us on (+81) 080-2445-0138 immediately.
If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours please contact us.
